My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff, especially Donna, Muslimbek. the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. the location is excellent, connected to the Festival City Mall, making shopping at Ikea a breeze. the convenience of accessing downtown and other key spots within minutes was a major plus.

I enjoyed the convenient location with direct access to the mall, spacious room with modern furnishings, and efficient hotel staff. One thing to consider for improvement would be providing better soundproofing in the rooms to enhance the overall guest experience.

The Holiday offers well-planned, spacious, and quiet rooms with comfortable amenities and a strong shower. the extensive breakfast and dinner options are impressive, and the staff is attentive and helpful. Access to the mall is convenient via a direct tunnel.

Top floor guests may hear loud music. Pool area is small but acceptable.

The complimentary bread at the hotel was a true delight, setting the stage for a culinary journey filled with epic finds. The exceptional cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff added to the charm of the stay. Plus, the easy access to Festival City Shopping Center and IKEA made shopping a breeze.

Only Joe's Backyard fell a bit short with unprofessional service on the 19th floor. Despite the mishap, the overall excellence of the hotel shines through.

The direct access to Festival City Mall was epic for our shopping sprees and the rooftop restaurant-bar was absolutely fantastic for our chill evenings. The vibrant welcome to work and play made us feel like we were in the heart of the action!

The only thing I'd ask for is a better playroom for young party-going people like us!

The breakfast area crowd management can be improved though the food replenishment and service on the table is quick. However, staying at the hotel was like being at a majestic buffet where the delightful dishes just kept coming, leaving me feeling as satisfied as a contented lion after a feast in the savannah.

I chose Holiday Inn for its convenient location near Dubai Festival City and The Dubai Mall. The free breakfast was a great perk, and the hotel's proximity to traditional shopping at Grand Souk, Spice Souk, and Gold Souk was a delightful surprise.

The hotel's elegant decor and spacious design made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, allowing me to move around without any difficulty. The proximity to Dubai Festival City Mall made it convenient for me to explore and do my shopping, which was a lovely experience.

I would suggest softer lighting in the hotel's common areas to create a more relaxing ambiance for senior guests.

On-site amenities like the rooftop, free parking, and improved breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The attentive staff, especially the Sirocco team, truly made our family celebration special. On-site relaxation options like the spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and massage services added to our overall experience. The nearby landmarks, such as Jameel Arts Centre and Wonderland Theme & Water Park, provided unique opportunities for family bonding. The only drawback was a prior negative experience at the Holiday Inn Festival City, emphasizing the stark contrast in service quality. a memorable stay filled with family-friendly amenities and nearby attractions.

The pricing is the only negative thing, and some staff members need more training to understand English.

The food options were a delight, especially the unique dishes at Sirocco. The spa was a pampering retreat, and the banquets were perfect for my business needs. The free breakfast was a definite winner, fueling my adventures. I even managed to squeeze in some relaxation at the Z Garden with friends. The only hiccup was the breakfast crowd, but overall, a fabulous time!

The bed was exceptional, and the pillow options included both soft and hard options. Additionally, the ability to control the AC temperature in the room was a big plus. The location was EXCELLENT, attached to a bustling shopping mall, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast choices were extensive and enjoyable. Special mention goes to Aimee, who upgraded and checked us in, as well as Lovely and Kevin for their effort in making my brother's birthday celebration special. The shuttle service was efficient, and the staff went above and beyond by providing us with breakfast to-go for our early check-out. Highly recommended for a superb experience!

Connected to the mall, so no need for public transport or taxis. Airport is a short taxi ride away, no time wasted on travel. Rooms were cozy with good internet.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff returned my forgotten belongings, which I'm grateful for. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, shuttle. Coming back for Christmas!

Conveniently connected to a mall through a skywalk, the hotel offers new furniture and great room facilities. The toilet is good and the breakfast is served in nicely decorated premises with an excellent, varied selection of food. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is conveniently located nearby the airport and is really easy to find thanks to the free airport shuttle service. The staff were all really friendly and always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Additionally, the room service was fantastic - our meals were always delivered hot and fresh, and the housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay.

Our visit to Festival City Mall was a vibrant welcome to work and play, offering over 500 retail stores. Connected directly to our hotel, the mall's direct access made shopping and dining convenient, providing a relaxing experience with our family. We indulged in a choice of flavourful and creative dishes at the mall, offering us the best way to sample Dubai's ethnic eats.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the children's dining experience by offering more comprehensive options for the "Kids eat free" concept, ensuring a more satisfying and inclusive dining experience for families.

Everything went super-smooth, from check-in to check-out. Attentive staff, extremely clean and quiet rooms. Convenient link bridge to shopping center. Great stay for 6 nights with family. Location is in a quiet area, but taxis are easily accessible. Hotel is connected to a large mall with everything you need. Good breakfast and wonderful team. Spacious 1-bedroom apartment with excellent view. Friendly and honest staff. Found my lost item and held it for me until I returned. Holiday Inn festival city is the place to stay!

the room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and fast WiFi. the hotel provided all the amenities we needed. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food. the staff, from reception to security, were friendly and helpful. It's clear that the hotel is professionally managed, and it felt like a home away from home. I was impressed to learn that a woman is the General Manager of the hotel, as you can feel her influence in every corner.
